The wood used for the construction of your traditional SNÖ sauna is spruce, highly appreciated for its homogeneous structure and its great resistance to bad weather. The sides of the double walls are 31mm thick (6.5 + 18 + 6.5mm), while the bottom wall is 43mm (6.5 + 30 + 6.5mm). It is also covered with a stone mosaic for a zen and modern look.
The equipment is modern and practical. There is an external digital panel to control the temperature and listen to your favorite music, as it has MP3 / Iphone / Bluetooth / Smartphone functions . Also included in the package are a spoon, a bucket, a thermometer, a hygrometer and an hourglass. For a natural and relaxing atmosphere, the door is fully glazed and the ceiling is dotted with small LED lamps, which represent a starry sky whose colors vary. An additional lamp is also integrated into the upper corner of the sauna.
The temperature in the SNÖ traditional 3-seater sauna increases thanks to the electric heater from the Sawo brand, a Finnish brand that offers many quality sauna-related items, which heats the ambient air. To produce steam, you will need to water the volcanic stones in the stove.
As a rule, the temperature in a traditional sauna is higher than in an infrared sauna and can reach 100 ° C. It is recommended to spend 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, take a warm shower and restart a session from 10 to 15 minutes. It is thanks to this alternation of hot-cold-hot that you will experience the benefits of the sauna.
